The UNIVERTICAL sidewalls and cleats belt is joined in all its component parts by the hot vulcanization method. This process is selected as it guarantees the best performance for the UNIVERTICAL belt. The adhesion we obtain with this technique can more than double the effectiveness of a cold vulcanization method, even exceeding 12N / mm.
With our method, the UNIVERTICAL belt works efficiently under even the most difficult of conditions - at high temperatures, in the cold and when exposed to climatic effects.
The materials used are properly smoothed and finished, ready to withstand any usage. The process is only applied to the surface of the belt where the edges and cups will be attached, leaving the rest of the belt's surface smooth and thus making future cleaning easy. The electronically controlled in-line application system guarantees durability throughout constant usage. The UNIVERTICAL belt is the result of a high-quality and technically advanced production process.
